What is health and wellness, but what does it really mean? If you look at the definitions for health, it is typically defined as the absence of illness or injury. And I don’t think that really cuts it. Not too long ago, the World Health Organization redefined that definition and included mental and social health. So that's a little closer. But if you look at the stats for just the United States, basically half of the country has a chronic illness, right? If you look at the incidence of autoimmune conditions, let's say just for kids, back in the 1960s, only 1.2% of kids had an autoimmune condition. These days, it's 54%. That's really not healthy. That's not good. So, what can we do about this? I think we can all agree something's not working, right? Our current system of health care is really focused on disease care. It's focused on sickness care. It's basically saying, "Let's let the house burn down, and then we'll install some smoke detectors." That's not really a good approach to health. So, I want to introduce a concept here. That concept is called Radical Wellness. What I've found is that people really need Radical Wellness. They need a way of intervening, of totally shifting the paradigm out of the fix-it mentality into something approximating their ultimate purpose. What is your highest potential? How can we help you achieve that highest potential? How can we help you maximize your health and wellness? What does it look like if you were fully living life according to who you are and the gifts you have to give? That's what I call Radical Wellness, and that's what I'm all about and what I'm here to do for myself and others. Because, honestly, I feel in the depths of my heart that's what we need. All of us on this planet need radical wellness. It's a full step into a different state of consciousness that goes completely contrary to what you may have been taught, what you may think, or what you may believe—because frankly, it doesn't seem like those things are working so well anymore. So, the call to Radical Wellness is also a call for the hero's journey. It's a call to wake up. It's a call to align yourself with the consciousness that's changing on the planet. I think most of us can agree that things look a little crazy out there. One way of looking at that is to say, "It's crazy, I just want to go hide." Another way of looking at that is to think things are really changing. One of the main conditions of a fundamental state change in any complex system is called chaos, right? You've got to go through massive reorganization to create something new. I think we're at the start of that change. It's been going on for a long time, but it's really culminating right now. And I'm inviting all of you out there to join me in this quest for discovering and creating Radical Wellness. What does that mean to you? And how can we help each other achieve that?
