Frequently Asked Questions

1. What is Network Care?
Network Care, also known as Network Spinal Analysis (NSA) or Network Chiropractic, is a science-based system that focuses on connecting the body and mind through gentle touches at specific points along the spine. These touches stimulate the brain, promoting self-awareness and connection, as well as facilitating the release of stored stresses and traumas from the body. This process allows the body to naturally shift from a state of chronic fight or flight (sympathetic) to rest and digest (parasympathetic) promoting self-healing.

2. Will I experience spinal adjustments or cracking during Network Care?

No, in Network Care, the focus is not on structural adjustments or spinal cracking. If your nervous system is already locked in fight or flight, structural adjustments can often be counterproductive. Instead, Network Care works directly with the nervous system to release stored stress patterns and tension, which can contribute to structural distortions. This approach leads to longer-lasting results and relief, while also enhancing nervous system function.

3. Will Network Care work for my specific condition?

Network Care has been found to be highly effective for treating a wide range of conditions, including but not limited to:
  • Neck pain
  • Back pain
  • Anxiety
  • Depression
  • Insomnia
  • Musculoskeletal disorders
  • Digestive disorders
  • Autoimmune conditions
For specific details about how Network Care can benefit your unique needs, we recommend contacting our office to speak directly with the doctor.

4. How often do I need to come for Network Care sessions?

The frequency of Network Care sessions varies for each individual based on their needs and responses. Most people start with a higher frequency of two sessions per week and then gradually decrease the frequency as their spinal neural integrity improves. Your Network Care practitioner will guide you in determining the optimal frequency for your care.

5. How much does Network Care cost?

The baseline price for an entrainment (adjustment) session is $65. The total number of sessions required depends on your current health condition and your goals for care. We offer various package options that address the length of care and provide financial discounts. Additionally, there is a New Patient Appointment Consultation fee of $150, which includes a history intake, examination, your first gentle adjustment, and a Report of Findings to be scheduled at a later date.

6. Will my insurance cover Network Care?

If your insurance company covers chiropractic care, it may also cover Network Care. However, insurance companies often set limits on the number of visits and the amount covered, so we recommend checking with your insurance provider. Please note that our office does not bill insurance companies directly, and you will be required to pay upfront. We will provide you with a Super Bill that can be used to seek reimbursement from your insurance company.

7. What happens if I sign up for a plan and then go on vacation?

No problem. If you go on vacation, your plan will be extended for the duration of your absence. There is no additional cost or penalty for this extension.

8. How do I start with Network Care?

To begin your Network Care journey, all you need to do is schedule a New Patient initial visit. This visit typically lasts about an hour and includes a history intake, examination, your first gentle adjustment, and a Report of Findings appointment to be scheduled for a later date. The cost for this initial visit is $150.

9. Will Network Care bring up too much for me since it releases stored stresses and traumas?

The body has a natural wisdom that determines what you experience, how much, and when. While the process may feel intense at times, your body will never go beyond what is right for you.

10. Will I be able to function after Network Care sessions?

Yes, your body's wisdom guides the entire process. Healing is not a linear journey and can sometimes be inconvenient, but it is ultimately perfect. It is recommended to give yourself some space after each session to integrate and allow your body to naturally shift from sympathetic to parasympathetic. Typically, 5-10 minutes of integration time post-session allows you to receive the full benefit of treatment.

11. Can I continue other treatments (acupuncture, massage, energy healing, craniosacral) while receiving Network Care?

In most cases, yes. However, it depends on the practitioner providing the other treatments. As long as these modalities do not trigger your fight or flight response, they can be mutually beneficial.

12. How can I maximize my Network Care experience?

Maximizing your Network Care experience is a personalized journey. We encourage you to consult with us at the office to create a plan that is specific and unique to your needs.
