"I came to Dr. Munn with pain in my back, hips, and knees, along with plantar fasciitis. I wanted to seek an alternative to my daily pain medications and NSA was a great way for me to learn more about my body and what was causing my pain. Over the past year, the majority of my pains are gone. My posture and awareness of my body has improved immensely to the point that I know when I am doing something I should not be doing. Dr. Munn's NSA work was a turning point for me in my journey to a better, healthier life. I am now able to do all the things I love to do but had to abandon over the years. I highly recommend this work if you are serious about improving your health." -Dr.Kay Rudisill
I was skeptical to try NSA. My spine was measured and my stress was off the chart. After my 1st visit I was in bliss for a few hours and that sold me. After one year a neuroma in my foot resolved without surgery. My body rejected orthotics after wearing them for 12 years. My spine changed and I experienced deep emotional growth and am still growing. This incredible work helped me get back to work after serious health issues and continues to calm my nervous system. I highly recommend this work on your healing journey. - Jane S. | RN
NSA, at the outset, provided me significant pain relief. But it provided me so much more over the long run. I attribute NSA, and Dr. Munn specifically, with a greater awareness of my body and mood, and internal desire to eat even healthier, and honestly, the fact that I’m a little nicer to people. - Courtney Law | Public Relations
Since I’ve become a practice member of NSA my awareness of my own body has increased dramatically. I often seem to know what my body needs. My most amazing growth, however, is in my perceptions about my life and my environment. I’ve discovered that once you change your perceptions you can change your life. This thought came along with my care under network spinal analysis. When I began NSA, my hips were in excruciating pain. Now, I notice pain only when I’m stressed. I’ve learned to handle my stress differently by addressing it. Also, my posture is beautiful. I feel like I carry myself with grace. This has been a remarkable experience for me. It’s a miracle in my life. - Jayne Hubenka | Teacher
When I first came in I was unable to sleep on my side because of my pelvis being tilted. I haven’t slept on my side in ten years and frequently had to take aspirin to sleep. After a few months of treatments I’ve been able to sleep on my side again with no aspirin. It’s been over a year and I still have no problems. Every day situations that used to stress me out no longer do. My son used to lose his temper easily and no longer does since being in Network care. - Shining Eyes Archer | Teacher
As a young man I just always felt good. But in getting older my joints started to stiffen up. I started NSA care a while back. During care I discovered I had signs of rheumatoid arthritis. I could have gone to a rheumatologist and have gotten on expensive prescription drugs with all of their harmful side effects. Instead I chose to stick with NSA care. I have been able to manage my condition. I live mostly pain free and have not had any of the side effects that arthritis drugs can cause. I thank Colorado Health and Wellness Center and Doctor Richard Munn for all of the assistance they have given in my continuing quest. - Bill Tollard
NSA has allowed my body to release patterns of tension that I have held both physically and emotionally. When life causes new tension to show up, I know have the strategies to quickly move through whatever is happening. - Katy R.
Thank you so very much for everything you have done for me. When I first started coming to you for treatments I was merely seeking relief for the pain in my neck and side. I knew intuitively that the pain was caused by stress and tension and I was desperately searching for an answer. My only hope at that time was that you could just “make the pain go away”. Well, you did that and so much more. The pain disappeared during Level 1, the first six weeks or so of treatment. I certainly enjoyed the wonderful feelings of relaxation after each treatment! I would return to work each afternoon with an “okay – whatever” feeling. During this time I experienced several difficult family situations, but I was able to make it through those with your help. Since I felt Level 1 was so successful, I continued on through Level 2, which proved to be an incredible journey of self-discovery. I learned that I had options when presented with confrontations and that I didn’t necessarily need to “take flight” in every situation. I was able to see the options available to me and make decisions accordingly. Also, for the first time in my life, when something was on my mind, I could express my feelings and thoughts to others honestly and openly, not keeping all of my feelings bottled up inside me. One other lesson learned is to be more aware of my body’s needs and to listen to those needs, which helps me to know when to stop “powering through” and just take it easy. Near the end of Level 2, I experienced an incredible feeling of acceptance of the past! I felt that all the tensions associated with past experiences had dissipated and that I could now live life fully in the present. I’m ready to move forward! Throughout the two levels you kept telling me that my story was being rewritten but I didn’t really get that concept at the time. I do now! Thanks for helping me to rewrite my story. - Judy Chirila | Loan Officer
Before finding Spinal Network Analysis and Dr. Munn, I was suffering from headaches all the time and have been for years. They would range from small ones to major migraines. My visits to the chiropractor were becoming more and more frequent because adjustments just weren’t doing the trick any more. I went through bottles of pain relievers like crazy. Almost immediately after starting this new technique, I was getting muscle relief in my neck and found that I was having fewer and fewer headaches. In the two years that I starting with Dr. Munn, I can count on one hand the number of times I’ve had to take aspirin.
I also have noticed that my body and I handle stress much differently than I used to. I do a lot more deep breathing when I start to feel tense which often will dissipate it; and I can, at times, even notice when a pain somewhere will move from a muscle to other muscle area and then be gone. What a great feeling to feel good almost all of the time! I’m a believer! - K.C.
