In the season of Discover we need to learn how moving away from a painful or uncomfortable experience has led us down a path leading to more, rather than less pain and suffering."

When the thinking mind no longer distracts us through the need to be somebody and defend it, then we awaken to reality. This reality is beyond the form of the structures, as we know them. It includes the energy that flows within, around and between us. Our focus is on the energy of life and love. In Awaken we no longer have the need to get love but instead life is about giving love, living in gratitude, and finding the gifts in our situations and relationships."
