Have you ever had a power outage and suddenly realized how much you depend on electricity? I bet you have!
Electricity is part of our life in all kinds of ways, so much so we don't notice how much we use it. This amazing source of energy has completely changed the culture and our daily lives. Now we even have electric cars! (and now automated, self-driving cars!)
Imagine living without your computer, cell phone, refrigerator, lights in your house at night, your TV and so on. We can’t live without it.
There is a cost to your health
This wonderful innovation and technology comes with a cost. A byproduct of electricity is electromagnetic fields, or EMF's for short (AKA Electromagnetic radiation, EMR).
There has been a massive increase in EMF pollution throughout the world since 1990 from cell phones, wi-fi, smart appliances, computers etc.
More and more research is coming out about how this type of radiation is affecting us and it is more serious than we thought.
We can break down the effects on humans and other living organisms to four main categories:

Worse When You Are Sleeping
We are especially vulnerable when we sleep. Sleep is when the body is able to repair and regenerate itself (including your DNA!). People with chronic illness, the elderly and kids are especially vulnerable.
