I have been in practice now for over 20 years. In that time I’ve seen radical changes in the overall health of people in this country and worldwide. This led me to research and dig deeper to try to identify what is going on...

• Haven’t you wondered about the war on cancer and who is winning?   
• Have you wondered about the exorbitant cost of healthcare in the United States and why we are not healthy? 
• Haven’t you wondered about the very food you ate today and what it might be doing to your body?
• Have you questioned the level of environmental toxicity in our world today, and what we can do to protect ourselves from its damaging effects?
• Do you have someone in your life, friend or family member, who is suffering from chronic disease of some kind and they just can't seem to get better? Why is that?

These questions and more led me to start searching for answers. The amount of information is overwhelming, however I have done my best to put all of this together in a simple organized format to get this critical information out there. I am on a mission to try to help people take back control of their health and their lives in every way possible.  The following posts  are little tidbits of information that are designed to accomplish this mission. Together, I still firmly believe we can change the world.
