So there's a lot of research coming down the road here, and it's talking about HRV as a really good predictor for health outcomes, what the researchers call all -cause mortality. Fancy words. What does it mean? It means... means how long are you gonna live? What are you gonna die from? HRV can actually predict those kinds of things and it does it in two major domains. One is physical, right? So, cardiac disease, diabetes, metabolic syndrome. All these kinds of things are related to a low HRV score and many more, but it doesn't stop there. It also relates to mental health and a lot of psychiatrists and psychologists are using HRV to establish how's your mental health. All of this is related to your nervous system, which is what the HRV score is actually giving you a good assessment of. And I think it's really important to notice that the key factor that connects all these different points, including the two key domains of physical health and mental health, is your nervous system. How cool that we can actually get a reading on that.
