To understand systemic inflammation, let’s start small—imagine spraining your ankle. It swells up, becomes tender, and feels hot. But in today’s world, the average American has a ratio of 25:1, heavily skewed towards Omega-6. Why is this significant? The research has conclusively found that when a person reaches a ratio of 15 to 1, they are guaranteed to develop some form of chronic debilitating illness like heart disease, Alzheimer's and other degenerative conditions.
  • The Role of Fish Oil: By taking a minimum of 3,000 mg of high-quality fish oil daily (depending on your Omega 6:3 ratio which, yes, we can test for), you can start rebalancing your system.
