We Are Moving!

Dear Friends & Practice Members,
2016...It's a brand new year and it's time for change.


We are excited to announce that Colorado Health and Wellness Center is moving!


We have found a beautiful new place nearby (less than a mile away) on the hip and trendy Art Walk on Santa Fe in collaboration with like minded holistic health professionals.


Change can be challenging. In this case, I am confident we will be able to serve you even better at this new location! We are excited about our new location and we think you will be too!


Location: 8th & Santa Fe
When: Last day open in this location: Wednesday, January 27th
First Day open in new location: Monday, February 8th
